生機店有位靚女姐姐話:要的起心肝減肥,於是我就為她設計一份生機沙律餐。
全部都是店內及菜園的材料,有苜蓿芽菜、綠豆芽、粟米粒、芹菜、甘筍、車厘茄、草莓、黑白芝麻、乾果碎果仁、亞麻籽粉及孖寶。這個沙律配搭,靚女姐姐笑笑口話已經好滿足。08Bx. 施姐姐
"I've made up my mind to really go on a diet," says a charming lady in our shop, so I put my thinking-cap on and tailor-made a biogenic salad for her with ingredients from our shop.
Biogenic Salad
This slimming salad includes: alfalfa, mung bean sprouts, sweet corn, celery, carrot, cherry tomato, strawberry, black and while sesame, dried fruit, nut bits, flaxseed powder, and lecithin and sunflower seeds.
Watching me mixing the salad, my charming lady smiles and shows great satisfaction.
紫花苜蓿
紫花苜蓿芽菜之蛋白質含量高於其他豆類,含鈣、磷、鐵、鈉、鉀、鎂等礦物質及維他命A、C、D、E、K,營養豐富但熱量低,以生食為佳。

Alfalfa Sprout
Alfalfa sprout is higher in protein than other beans.
It contains minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium and magnesium. It is also rich in vitamins A, C, D, E, K; very nutritious but low in calorie.
The best way to consume alfalfa is to eat it raw. Vitamin E in alfalfa is an excellent antioxidant helps keeping blood vessels healthy and skin shiny.
